There were five lncRNAs (AMZ2P1, DGUOK-AS1, RP5-821D11.7, RP11-303E16.2, RP11-423H2.1) (Figure 7), nine mRNAs (AP1B1, ATG3, HDAC5, SCD, SDC1, SRSF1, SUV39H1, UNG, VCL) (Figure 8), and four miRNAs (hsa-miR-29b-2-5p, hsa-miR-140-3p, hsa-miR-142-3p, hsa-miR-497-5p) (Figure 9), which can be used as indexes to predict the prognosis of patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
