PPARA and neoplasm: We found that the prognostic mRNAs were enriched in chloride transmembrane transport, the oxidation-reduction process, pigmentation, the plasma membrane, perikaryon and dendrites, oxygen binding, iron ion binding, heme binding, neuroactive ligand-receptor interaction, the PPAR signaling pathway, GABAergic synapses, and metabolic pathways, which were closely associated with cellular metabolism, cell activity, and tumor regression.
