Partly in line with our findings, Bamodu et al reported that KDM5B accelerates breast cancer progression and that its high expression was associated with dismal prognosis of breast cancer patients, which could be rescued by treatment with hsa‐miR‐448,10 implying an interaction between KDM5B and miR‐448 in promoting tumour growth. The gene discussed is KDM5B; the disease is breast carcinoma.
