We have identified a panel of genes SPP1, MELK, TTK, ARRB2, FOXM1, LYN, CCL21, and COL6A3, which were highly dysregulated in cervical squamous cell carcinoma in comparison to the normal cervical epithelium through microarray analysis, and further gene expression was validated using qPCR and analyzed by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves. The gene discussed is CCL21; the disease is cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
