We have identified a panel of genes SPP1, MELK, TTK, ARRB2, FOXM1, LYN, CCL21, and COL6A3, which were highly dysregulated in cervical squamous cell carcinoma in comparison to the normal cervical epithelium through microarray analysis, and further gene expression was validated using qPCR and analyzed by receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves. This evidence concerns the gene FOXM1 and cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
