STAT3 and neoplasm: Inflammation-related signal pathways such as Chemotaxis, Fc-γ receptor-mediated phagocytosis, T cell receptor, Toll-like receptor, IL2-Stat5-Signaling, IL6-Jak-Stat3-Signalling and Inflammatory Response pathways were significantly enriched in the high-risk group, which further validated that the inflammatory response has a close connection with tumor procession.
