According to KEGG analysis, the candidate DEGs were significantly enriched in proteoglycans in cancer, bladder cancer, malaria, tyrosine kinase inhibitor resistance in the EGFR, the ERBB signaling pathway, ECM-receptor interactions, fluid shear stress and atherosclerosis, cell adhesion molecules, and cholesterol metabolism in endometrial cancer (Figure 5D). This evidence concerns the gene EGFR and endometrial cancer.
