TP53 and acute myeloid leukemia: The KEGG pathway analysis shows that brown and yellow modules are mainly involved pathways in cancer, neurotrophin signaling pathway, focal adhesion, adherens junction, MAPK signaling pathway, insulin signaling pathway, p53 signaling pathway, TGF-beta signaling pathway, mTOR signaling pathway, VEGF signaling pathway, and these signaling pathways involved in the occurrence, invasion, and metastasis of AML (Figure 10).
