Additionally, we performed immunofluorescence staining to examine co-expression of Eppk1 and KLF5 proteins in different pathologic cervical tissues (37 normal cervical tissues, cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) tissues (CIN I: 31 cases; CIN II-III: 47 cases) and 40 CC tissues). This evidence concerns the gene EPPK1 and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.
