In contrast, ERS inducer tunicamycin (TM) administration reduced the proliferative capacity of CD4+ T lymphocytes harvested from the sham rats, and further aggravated the adverse effect of hemorrhagic shock inhibiting CD4+ T lymphocytes proliferation to a certain degree, but no statistical difference (P = 0.070) (Fig. 1C).
