The serum EVs of another BC patient were divided into 5 fractions, frozen at − 80 °C, and thawed at room temperature for 0, 1, 2, 4 and 6 cycles, and the expression of NEAT1 in serum EVs did not change significantly after different freeze-thawing cycles (all p > 0.05) (Fig. 2c), indicating that NEAT1 can be relatively stable in the serum EVs of BC patients. Here, NEAT1 is linked to breast cancer.
