miR-224, one member of miRNAs, has been identified as a biomarker that predicts the treatment response to chemotherapy in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) patients [13], and also as an oncogene in NSCLC by targeting homeobox protein hox-d10 (HOXD10) [14]. Here, HOXD10 is linked to non-small cell lung carcinoma.
