Since alterations in expression of inhibin, activin, TGFBR3 and ENG exist in human cancers and prior studies have implicated each of these in patient outcomes [27, 52, 59, 71, 114, 127–130]; we conducted a comprehensive analysis of each of these genes on overall survival (OS), progression-free survival (PFS), or relapse free survival (RFS) in a broad panel of cancers. This evidence concerns the gene INHBE and cancer.
