CD4 and colorectal carcinoma: The CIBERSORT method was then used to evaluate the effect of CMTM6 on the immune cell composition of 568 CRC samples, with the results that high expression of CMTM6 induced the infiltration of CD4 memory resting T cells (P < 0.001) and M2 Macrophage (P = 0.016), while reduced the proportion of CD8 + T cells (P = 0.031) and regulatory T cells (P = 0.003) (Fig. 7c).
