Considering the relative expression of MYL6B in different cell lines, we selected the HCT116 and SW1116 cell lines as experimental materials due to the higher MYL6B expression level in comparison to the remaining rectal adenocarcinoma cell lines HT-29 and SW480 (Figure 1e, P < 0.01). Here, MYL6B is linked to rectum adenocarcinoma.
