Ma et al. indicated that LncRNA DUXAP8 may epigenetically inhibit downstream target genes by binding to EZH2 and SUZ12 (two key components of PRC2) in gastric cancer, and further knockdown of DUXAP8 resulted in reduced EZH2 binding, SUZ12 binding, and H3K27me3 occupancy of the PLEKHO1 promoter[18]. Here, DUXAP8 is linked to gastric cancer.
