Meanwhile, we found that CD34 and mutant p53 were strong risk factors for lymph node metastasis (CD34: OR = 3.39, CI: 1.13–10.21, p = 0.03 and mutant p53: OR = 1.98, CI: 1.05–3.73, p =0.04). This evidence concerns the gene CD34 and metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
