Furthermore, patients with ZNF384 fusions had significantly higher 3-year OS rate than those with MLL rearrangement, and had similar 3-year OS rate to B-other ALL patients with no ZNF384 fusions, those with TCF3-PBX1 fusion transcript and high hyperdiploidy karyotype, respectively (67.6% [95% CI: 51.4%–79.5%], 22.3% [95% CI: 4.0%–49.5%], 56.2% [95% CI: 47.2%–64.3%], 47.6% [95% CI: 20.2%–70.8%], 100% [95% CI: 100.0%–100.0%]; P = 0.024, 0.13, 0.13, and 0.21, Figure 2D). This evidence concerns the gene KMT2A and acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
