Of all 242 Ph-negative BCP-ALL patients, 47 patients (19.4%, Figure 1A) were identified ZNF384 fusions: 38 had EP300-ZNF384 (15.7%), five had CREBBP-ZNF384 (2.1%), two had TCF3-ZNF384 (0.82%), one had TAF15-ZNF384 (0.41%), and one had EWSR1-ZNF384 (0.41%). Here, CREBBP is linked to acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
