Patients with ZNF384 fusions had significantly higher 3-year RFS rate than B-other ALL patients with no ZNF384 fusions and those with MLL rearrangement and TCF3-PBX1 fusion transcript, and had similar 3-year RFS rate to those with high hyperdiploidy karyotype, respectively (80.1% [95% CI: 64.0%–89.5%], 53.6% [95% CI: 44.1%–62.2%], 39.7% [95% CI: 17.0%–61.7%], 39.0% [95% CI: 14.4%–63.3%], and 100% [95% CI: 100.0%–100.0%], P = 0.021, 0.0039, 0.017, and 0.35, Figure 2C).
