The results showed that AML patients commonly contain a higher proportion of ALKBH5, CBLL1, FTO, HNRNPA2B1, HNRNPC, IGF2BP1, IGF2BP2, IGF2BP3, METTL14, METTL16, METTL3, RBM15, RBM15B, RBMX, KIAA1429, WTAP, YTHDC1, YTHDC2, YTHDF1, YTHDF2, YTHDF3, ZC3H13, ZNF217 (Figure 2A). This evidence concerns the gene IGF2BP2 and acute myeloid leukemia.
