HOTAIRM1 and central nervous system cancer: Based on the findings that in vivo malignant transformation of fibroblasts with HOTAIRM1 upregulation after interaction with GSCs, further exploration the roles of HOTAIRM1 initiated molecular regulatory pathway on proliferation, invasion, migration, and tumorigenicity of t-FBs, will provide new experimental references for potential treatment strategy targeting on t-FBs in glioma microenvironment.
