We have demonstrated that Mn(III) N-substituted pyridylporphyrins favorably affect pathways that are involved in LGSC or HGSC such as bcl-2/NF-κB, and MAPK/ERK (see more under “Molecular Pathways Affected by Mn Porphyrins in Cancer and Normal Cells” and Figures 2 and 6) [3, 4, 74, 80, 91, 92, 94].
