To further evaluate the role of CXCL9 and CXCL13 in tumor immunity, we performed comparisons between the above two genes and immune markers (CYT, APM, TILs, and TIS), as well as checkpoint expression, and found that a statistically significant correlation existed between them in both the METABRIC and TCGA dataset, suggesting that a higher expression of CXCL9 and CXCL13 were associated with enhanced immune cell infiltrate.
