EZH2 and neoplasm: In previous studies in Ewing sarcoma, our group has shown that inhibitors of the histone methyltransferase Enhancer of Zeste Homolog 2 (EZH2) upregulate GD2 expression, associated with the reversal of silencing of genes encoding for enzymes in GD2 biosynthesis, effectively sensitizing antigen‐negative/low tumor cells to GD2‐targeted cell therapy.16
