Both of them were administered prednisone, basiliximab and tacrolimus or cyclosporin A. Interestingly, it was noticed that immunosuppressive therapy based on cyclosporin A resulted in highly elevated PRL and it was mirrored in gynecomastia, whereas in the case of the patient treated with tacrolimus, PRL concentration was within the normal range.
