We observed that the protein expression levels of E-cadherin were decreased in the A375LM3IF4g/Luc (0.7-fold) and A375LM5IF4g/Luc (0.6-fold) cells compared to the parental A375 and A375IF4g/Luc cells, whereas N-cadherin levels were higher in the A375LM3IF4g/Luc (1.8-fold) and A375LM5IF4g/Luc (1.5-fold) melanoma cells than the parental A375 and A375IF4g/Luc cells (Figure 1B). The gene discussed is CDH1; the disease is melanoma.
