To investigate the potential of NK-92/5.28.z cells to lyse aRMS cells growing in 3D culture, we established RH30 and RH41 tumor spheroids and used them to compare the killing capacity of the ERBB2-CAR-NK-92 cells with that of parental NK-92 cells over a time period of 10 days.
