As depicted in the Kaplan–Meier curves, enhanced expression of EP4 (IRS ≥ 3) in vulva cancer patients significantly correlated with shorter overall survival (median estimate 13.7 years vs. 7.2 years; p = 0.001) and showed a trend for a correlation with shorter disease-free survival (median estimate 13.7 years vs. 9.7 years; p = 0.069) time after diagnosis (Figure 2).
