In the current study, the IC50 concentrations for PHA at 24 h in the ATP study for the three breast cancer cell lines ranged from 3.12 to 6.15 μM (Figure 1A), suggesting that PHA has cell-killing effects against different kinds of breast cancer cells, including those classified [3] as luminal A positive, HER2 positive, and Claudin-low (TNBC).
