BCL2L2 and colorectal carcinoma: In conclusion, despite it being the only investigation carried out both in vitro and in vivo, the data presented in this research suggested that miR-195 can regulate DOX chemosensitivity by controlling the anti-apoptosis activity via BCL2L2 [279], which in turn provide a strong rationale for the development of miRNA-based therapeutic strategies aiming to overcome CRC DOX resistance.
