Objectives: This study assessed the antitumoral activity of the MEK inhibitor trametinib (TMT212) and the ERK1/2 inhibitor SCH772984, alone and in combination with the CDK4/6 inhibitor ribociclib (LEE011) in human neuroendocrine tumor (NET) cell lines in vitro. This evidence concerns the gene MAP2K7 and neuroendocrine neoplasm.
