When the analysis was restricted to the B-ALL cases, the “metagene” signature and the MKI67 mRNA showed elevated levels and were significantly associated with a higher-than-median expression of IGF2BP3 (Mann–Whitney U test; p-value = 0.005 and p-value = 0.04, respectively; Figure 3D). This evidence concerns the gene IGF2BP3 and acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
