Deregulation of CDK2 activity is significantly associated with the metastasis of prostate cancer [196], as well as with the development of other cancer types, including breast cancer [197,198], KRAS-mutant lung cancers [199], MYCN-amplified neuroblastoma [200], B-cell lymphomas [201], Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) [202], hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) [203], and acute myeloid leukemia (AML) [30].
