The probability of different forms of AIP (placenta accreta, increta, percreta) occurring in a pregnant woman at 31–34 weeks of gestation could be evaluated by the content of the α-subunit of the clusterin secretory form or by the expression levels of hsa-miR-21-5p, hsa-miR-320a-3p, and hsa-miR-92a-3p in various combinations in peripheral blood plasma from pregnant women with a sensitivity level of 88.8–100% and a specificity level of 91.6–100%, which increases the diagnostic accuracy of conventional ultrasound and MRI methods. This evidence concerns the gene CLU and autoimmune pancreatitis.
