It follows from Table 10 that the different forms of AIP (placenta accreta, increta, percreta) in a pregnant woman at 31–34 weeks of gestation can be diagnosed by the content of the α-subunit of the clusterin secretory form or by the expression level of miR-21-5p, miR-320a-3p, and miR-92a-3p in various combinations in the peripheral blood plasma with a sensitivity of 88.8–100% and a specificity of 91.6–100% at the corresponding cutoff level indicated in this Table 10.
