At the first stage of the work, we determined the transcription level of the FAP, CXCL12. IGFBP2, CTGF, JAG1, SNAI1, and SPARC genes in the primary culture of human fibroblasts IVP-9TS, in pancreatic cancer cell lines (MIA PaCa-2, PANC-1, AsPC-1) and lung cancer (Calu-1) cell line by quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR). The gene discussed is SNAI1; the disease is familial pancreatic carcinoma.
