YTMA424 contained both cancerous (lung, pancreatic, breast, ovarian cancer, and lymphoma) and unmatched normal tissue as well as formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) prepared CHO cells (CHO parental) and a CHO cell line which overexpressed CD200R (CHO MO2O-A5) (Figure S1F–H, Figure S6). The gene discussed is CD200R1; the disease is ovarian carcinoma.
