In this study, our results indicate that the novel anti-inflammatory and bioactive resolvin-derived agent, 13R,20-diHDHA, has anti-CSC effects in breast cancer, as follows: (1) 13R,20-diHDHA reduces the secretion of IL-6 and TNF-α by LPS-stimulated (inflamed) macrophages (Figure 1). Here, IL6 is linked to breast carcinoma.
