CD8A and diabetes mellitus: Comparing DM, NDM, and controls, CD3+CD4+ cells was significantly reduced in DM and NDM, 622.67 ± 408.7/μL vs. 693.89 ± 338.5/μL vs. 1100.14 ± 375.4/μL, respectively, p = 0.001, while there were no significant differences regarding CD3+CD8+ cells (Figure 2).
