Furthermore, among the genes hypothetically targeted by the highest number of miRs from this subset were a few genes with putative cancer-related functions, exemplified by IFI30, PLA2G10, FGF6, ZBTB16, and CORO1A. IFI30 encodes a lysosomal thiol reductase involved in the processing of MHC class II-restricted antigen, which was reported in the development of melanoma [40].
