The delivery of IL-2 via EDA and Tnc A1 specificity showed efficacy at different dosages in acute myeloid leukemia (AML), non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC), and teratocarcinoma models after intravenous or intratumoral injection; however, EDA-IL-2 was only effective when co-administered with an EDA-specific TNF immunocytokine [53,54,55]. This evidence concerns the gene TNF and acute myeloid leukemia.
