The activation of MALT1 on the expressions and secretions of IL-6 and CXCL5 was blocked under the treatment of MI-2 or CAPE (Figure 2C,D), suggesting that upregulation of MALT1 on the IL-6 and CXCL5 expressions may rely on the MALT1/NF-κB pathway in prostate carcinoma cells. This evidence concerns the gene CXCL5 and prostate carcinoma.
