MALT1 and Familial prostate cancer: The immunostainings of MATL1 in normal (n = 9), grade II (n = 8), and grade III (n = 32) prostate cancer tissues were shown in Figure 1C. The quantitative intense scores of MALT1 immunostaining in the epithelium of the prostatic lumen in the normal prostate tissues were significantly lower than those in grade II and grade III prostate cancer tissues, with no significant differences between grade II and grade III prostate cancer tissues (Figure 1D), suggesting that MALT1 is a tumor marker for prostate cancer in vitro and in vivo.
