Two genes each from LEAD vs. CVD comparison were found to be linked to hypertension status (GLI4 and MNDA) and usage of statins (FAM167A and C1orf216) as well as 58 genes (54 and 4 from LEAD vs. CVD and AAA vs. CVD comparisons, respectively) were related to acetylsalicylic acid medication (Table 4). This evidence concerns the gene MNDA and hypertensive disorder.
