Similarly, using the transgenic fish with overexpression of both MYCN and proliferation associated 2G4 (PA2G4), Koach et al. demonstrated that a small molecule, WS6, can competitively bind to PA2G4 to prevent its interaction with MYCN, leading to destabilization and reduced expression of MYCN and in turn suppressed growth of NB [55].
