BRCA1 and ovarian serous adenocarcinoma: Based on Study 19 [13], Study 42 [14], and SOLO2 studies [15], olaparib has been approved for the response maintenance treatment of germline/somatic BRCA1/2-mutated high-grade serous ovarian cancers (including fallopian tube or primary peritoneal cancers) after first-line platinum-based chemotherapy and for the treatment of germline BRCA1/2 (gBRCA1/2) mutated ovarian cancer progressing to three or more prior lines of chemotherapy.
