EGFR and glioblastoma: Aside from joint treatment with NK cells and antibodies, more studies of CAR-engineered NK cells to attack glioblastoma cells were designed to interfere with epidermal growth factor receptor variant III (EGFRvIII) [85], EGFRvIII and epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR), which increased cytotoxicity and IFN-γ secretion [86], EGFR and ErbB2 [87], or disialoganglioside GD2 [88].
