In the realm of primary CNS tumors, the BRAF V600E mutation has been implicated as a key driver for papillary craniopharyngiomas [20] and certain gliomas, such as pilocytic astrocytomas, pleomorphic xanthoastrocytoma (PXA), ganglioma, and GBM, most commonly epithelioid GBM [21,22,23]. The gene discussed is BRAF; the disease is Papillary Craniopharyngioma.
