Our results in demonstrating the inhibitory effects of G1 on cell proliferation and migration of Caov3 and Caov4 cells (Figure 5) are consistent with the observations released in other ovarian cancer models; however, they are inconsistent with other studies that reported GPER promoted growth of the SKOV3 [17] and OVCAR5 [18] cell lines. The gene discussed is GPER1; the disease is ovarian cancer.
