Infigratinib has been investigated in treatment-relapsed mUC patients with somatic activating FGFR3 mutations or fusions, and reported an ORR of 50% for progressed UTUC (N = 9) patients, while the ORR for MIBC patients (N = 59) was only 20% [64]. Here, FGFR3 is linked to renal pelvis/ureter urothelial carcinoma.
