HDAC-1 overexpression has been significantly associated with glioblastoma [31] (HG by definition) and poorly differentiated mobile tongue SCC [26], lip SCC [32], non-small cell lung (NSCLC) [33], hepatocellular [34], prostate [35,36], serous subtype of endometrial and ovarian [37] and urothelial bladder carcinoma [38].
