The last four populations, however, were reported to be mainly relevant to tumor development: neutrophil (S100A6) for mammary neoplasm; neutrophil (COTL1) for Burkitt lymphoma and cutaneous T cell lymphoma; neutrophil (FN1) for invasive neoplasm, papillary carcinoma, undifferentiated carcinoma, etc.; neutrophil (LINC01272) for Ki-1+ anaplastic large cell lymphoma and anaplastic carcinoma (Figures 4(b) and 4(c) and Supplementary Fig. 5). The gene discussed is FN1; the disease is primary cutaneous T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
