We found that eight cyclins (CCNA2, CCNB1, CCNB2, CCND2, CCNE1, CCNE2, CCNF, CCNO) were differentially expressed between breast cancer and normal tissue samples (Figure 1A), with the cut-off criterion of log2(fold change) >1, p < 0.05. The gene discussed is CCNA2; the disease is breast cancer.
