With the success of the anti-CD47 antibody Magrolimab (hu5F9-G4) in combination with Rituximab in clinical trials treating B-cell non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (54, 88), a logical bispecific antibody design strategy is to combine the anti-CD47 arm with another arm targeting a B-cell specific antigen, such as CD20 (89, 90) or CD19 (86, 87, 91) (Figure 1C–IV). This evidence concerns the gene CD47 and B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
